Easy to fit into your fitness habits, has great app integration, and always has something close enough to log in, which is great if you find yourself eyeballing things sometimes. Invest in a scale to help you learn food portioning. This app is great for learning an intuitive understanding of food calorie costs. Helped me cut from 19%bf to 12% mostly just helping me make better choices. The widget is pretty buggy if you care about that kind of thing.
I was on the fence to try Macrofactor for a while, but honestly it blows other nutrient apps out of the water. I had been using MyFitnessPal for a long time, and it's a marginal experience at best. It was glitchy and just not very well organized. I love Macrofactor though. Everything is easy to use, clean, and fast. Tracking is intuitive. The only request I have is that it seems when you use AI Describe, the foods used from there don't appear in recent additions in search to be used later.
One of the best apps out there for accurately tracking nutrition (plenty of apps do this). More importantly, probably the best one out there for tracking how many calories you actually burn and automatically setting useful calorie goals (few apps do this well). Also one of the best user-experiences in the category, with no ads and no attempts to shove a bunch of stuff in the app that no one cares about and gets in the way. All in all, probably the best, most well-supported app for weight goals.
