So far so good! Need to add the feature to allow notifications when specific accounts post. Allegedly available on web but needs to add to mobile. Love the chronological post order but you can easily miss a post from a favorite account. Also you don't see each posts up to date boosts and favorites before interacting with it. When I favorite a post, it then updates and shows more interaction than initially.
I love Mastodon, but lately this app has been extremely glitchy. Eg, right now I am unable to send any posts, the app will not update notifications, etc & just keeps buffering. The issue was taken care of very promptly by the instance administrator within minutes of finally getting a post through telling them about it. They genuinely care at Mastodon.
Decent app so far. I like that it uses the Material You colors! Seems like it's missing a few features that are available on the browser, like hashtag following. The Mastodon community is fairly global, so I would really love it if the translate language option was more easily accessible on posts instead of just a drop down option.
