Saw this app and indicated a special lane and quicker processing for ATL. We were on an incoming flight from Korea with a tight (1hr 20 min) connecting flight. Had completed the app before leaving the plane. Displayed the app as we approached the inspection area. We were directed to the same line as everyone else. Got up to the agent and he said he did not have the scanner for the app and had to do the normal procedure... Made our connecting flight, but deleting the app anyway.
Worthless! The app works fine, but no one at CBP knows about it. We came into Newark Airport and had submitted the forms. The agent told us they weren't using it and we had to use the kiosk. Because we submitted twice, once with the app and once with the kiosk, we had to go to a longer line to clear things up.
Arrived at Denver International the beginning of June 2022. Was all set to use it upon arrival as it was listed as an airport that currently offers the service. Apparently that's not the case as Denver stopped using the service according to agents. Before leaving this review I checked and it is still listed 'currently available at Denver International.' Would be beneficial to travelers to have the information periodically reviewed and updated!
