Most recent update was the last straw. Now you can't even open it! The app just Loads for 10 minutes without actually progressing. Even when it was working it wasn't great, it was location based so if you try and purchase from a supported food truck it will only work at a specific location which makes it useless half the time. So you try a restaurant instead but if you don't have service or the app decides not to work then you're stuck at the register waving your phone around like an idiot.
Update2: I was able to successfully use the app after turning off the wifi and then turning on data exclusive to WiFi. I am updating rating as this is now working through Data. Update: I have updated since customer service has reached out once I have success using app, I will update again. Original: I used it one time then the app has since stopped working. I am not sure why it doesn't work, I tried customer service and did not get a response back. Sorry but no thanks.
Absolutely phenomenal. I have never had such a greater time with any sort of customer service. I told the person how I accidentally hit the button and lost the reward. Within less than an hour, I had a response and not only had they put the points back on my account but had already looked through my account to assure I didnt use them. At no point did i have to email back and forth, proving myself. It's a great app and I've had no issues whatsoever.
