Several times I have tried to deny yet another update. You would think I could, considering this is my phone. However, the only thing it does is delay the update and on a later date updates anyway without permission. I have gone into the app and selected "disable". When that didn't seem to help I selected "force stop" only to go back into it later and find that it was turned right back on. I am becoming less and less happy with this system. This phone has downloaded features I do not agree with
Not happy with this. I was as meticulous about locking down all the permissions so that my new phone would not do any updates, unless I specified. Have it set so that if it does, they are over WiFi only. Nope, nope, and nope. Software was updated somehow while I was in transit, via cellular with 1.25gb, and Google as well. I know Google is metastasized to everything, but I think I only use it for navagating, and play store. With this new update I've lost the 65gb of music I had on my phone, and my photos and videos are stuck and cannot delete them. I've got a few hours of attempting to recover what was in good working condition before these updates. Why give the consumer an option to deny something if your going to do it anyway, that's not a good practice.
This has NEVER updated anything . Also wi fi is not available where I live. Live way up in the mountains and run off a tower. It only updated over WiFi which is very extremely STUPID !!!. SO , my phone has NEVER updated . Isn't that wonderful. HEY , Motorola some people only use data . Fix this immediately. Thankyou .
