Pop-out error saying that "no siri lesen kompeten tidak sepadan" during registration part. After few attempts, i decided to give up to use this app. Overall, worst apps, worst customer experience. If not ready to embark digitalisation, don't simply scrap off the manual roadtax and driving license which did not have any issue in the first place.
This app made things easier! If you have these issue; 1) Need english UI? Just tap on 'MY' on top of the screen, it'll show option for 'EN'. 2) Option for License Renewal greyed out after you cancel the payment? Just wait a few hours then it'll back to normal. 3) It gives random password? Of course its temporary for the first time, complete the registration then it'll let you put your own password. 4) Wrong license serial number? Make sure you put the right one, just tap ( i ) icon to know.
This app is super suck as need to keep changing the password every 1-3months which users won't be accessing the app everyday. User might only access app 1-2x a year mean by the time need to use the app pw already expired and cannot have similar same password. Even our online banking app is far better since not required to keep changing our password. I still can't change the pw as keep prom not meet the criteria end up I can't access to the app at all. Now all renewal road tax is digital
