It's a good app. Performance can be improved in terms of videos and product browsing. But over all a good app and community section is very helpful. What as a business they can do is tie up with some doctors or practo etc and can provide virtual consultation through app. In pregnancy it is already difficult for people to travel and go to doctor; and sometimes you are having some discomfort which is neither big enough to go to hospital but nor can be ignored.
Mylo has been my constant companion throughout pregnancy and into motherhood, proving incredibly helpful in my nuclear setup without family support. The genuine advice from the community, daily tips, and informative articles have made the experience truly special. The Mylo Store is nice, but it could be better with more baby clothes variety. Overall, a best and useful app for any pregnancy journey.
Worst App! Never order anything from this App. They don't have cancellation request once you placed order and customer support is not that helpful. The reason why I decided not to order again and cancel the current is the delivery agent never pickup your call and customer support people doesn't do cancellation they just respond say please wait you will receive your order but always it will be delivered after a week. Got frustrated with App and Mylo people. Good Bye!
