So, this is on the face of it an excellent potential app, however, as I discovered the hard way, if you switch doctors the app will lose all your previous records and only show on going records from your new GP surgery. So that's a waste of time then! It's saving grace is that it does make it easy to order and track repeat prescriptions.
Cannot get logged in. Initially it just said "something has gone wrong" and I had to enter all the details again. Once I could get past the email verification it was supposed to send a text to my phone. Nothing came so I requested it again multiple time. Then it said I had asked too many times and had to wait 15 minutes. Still no code received so have given up. Update 19/03/24 Still can't access. I get as far as the "confirm your mobile phone number" section and no code is sent to the phone.
My suggestion is making it accessible for patients to change their details such as address or name if they are written wrong and this should be updated/reviewed in the system. Another thing is carrying on with data when changing GP/surgery. Otherwise it's pretty cool.
