I guess I am an old person. I am trying to do my bit by using this app. But I cannot find a single indicator that I press or click onto to actually download the app. I am fed up and frustrated and am now giving up. Such a shame that I cannot let people know that I have had covid. Luckily I was able to download the app that lets people know who I may have travelled with on public transport. I don't think "Hi Tec" works for all that's for sure
So far it's been very good. I have managed to see and read all notifications within the app, which seems to have been a problem for many others. However, I have now tested positive for Covid and did not receive any notifications prior to my positive test that I might have been in contact with someone else positive. I have informed the relevant places on the website and in the app and have been sent a code to input somewhere in the app but I just cannot find where to input it. Please help
This ap has no longer even residual utility. I used to use it as a quick way to get to the link to report lateral flow results. It doesn't even refer you to that now. Everyone knows the contact tracing was an expensive failure so I don't switch it on for that nowadays (even though I just caught covid for the first time ever now, in Jan 2023.)
