This is a great app. I recommend it to everyone. It does exactly what it claims and it is actually free to use. There has been no interruptions from ads during any of the interactions with Norton Genie. It does not constantly interrupt the interactions with ads to upgrade Norton Genie to the "premium" version and it does not have you copy, paste, and submit the email/message text, links, photo to the app, only to reply, "scanning for scams is accessible with the paid premium version only."
I like where this is going but would like to see these features integrated into Norton 360. It should scan email, messages, images without the user having to copy paste or touch them. Copy pasting from email or messages increases the risk of accidentally clicking malicious links or images that lead to malicious websites or tracking images.
Too cumbersome and time-consuming. I for one do not have time to showing you stuff. If you can't block it what good is it. And quite frankly after 30 years with Norton and you charging for things you keep adding is going to turn off a lot of customers. I was led to believe Norton 360 was all I would ever need. But Norton keeps adding expensive add ons'.
