Hands down the worst streaming app I have ever used. When I tried watching Halo, things like pausing and fast forwarding were a gamble as to whether i'd have to hard reset the app. I'm now trying to watch an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation: "An error has occurred", I am able to watch the episodes before and after it. I tried force stopping and clearing the cache of the app. I did a hard reset of the Nvidia Shield. Nothing worked. Doesn't save progress between pc/web and app. Terrible.
Lately, it's difficult to get shows or movies once you hit play. Call to see if there was an issue on my end, we walked through some troubleshooting, with no results. I was told an email from there support team, was sent in order to resolve the issue, I would need to fill it out; even though the customer service Representative acknowledgment the service having issues... this has gone on for 4 mos, not working, no email still getting charges; prefer my money back.
I usually have a problem with the screen going black during commercials. I have to get out if the app and go back in a couple of times and scroll back a couple of frames to get the picture back. Last night 3/4 of the way through a movie, it buffered and then no more sound. I had sound on Netflix so I watched that. Today I tried to watch “Evil,” which is the whole reason I got Paramount Plus. No sound. I uninstalled it and now it won’t let me install it again. This app doesn’t work!
