The only feature that has ever been useful on this app is the ability to take pictures of receipts. However, this feature has been broken for about the last 2 years and the picture taken is only of the top right corner of the receipt 95% of the time. Can't wait for intuit's world class customer service to tell me to click the gear icon and submit my feedback yet again 🙄. What a joke
Always crashes, they are not helpful on the phone at all. I spent 2 days and over 5 hours on the phone trying to get the mobile app to work after having quickbooks for the past 6 years because of an update they did. Now I can't use the app when my business is 100% mobile. They tell me to call again in a few days and make another case so that "maybe" they can push the call through to the back end department. Terrible experience. I'm giving then 2 more days to fix it or I'm canceling my account
App now crashing when trying to write an invoice. Can't choose an item without assigning a sales tax rate, but none of the rates are shown. When trying to set up a rate, the app either crashes or won't let me finish entering the tax rate. I have restarted the app, my phone, and cleared app cache before reinstalling the app. Same issues. Looking for a different program to use now, after 7 years of using QBO, and 23 years of QB. EDIT 3/29/24 Still not working properly. Was told issue resolved.
