I did enjoy this app, great programming. However I found quite alot of exercises didn't have videos (coming soon) or if you were asked to row or bike but you didn't have access to one or the other you could swap it. However it would often just spin as though it was loading and never load (bug). Emailed letting them know and got nothing back. Fully behind Mike and his fitness vision, just the app got quite frustrating and I ended up ceasing with it and finding another programme.
Brilliant app. All exercises have a video demonstration and written explanation detailing technique etc which is very helpful. The program is built around your scores in Week 1 (test week) and then you receive a fully customised training plan. A good demo explaining how to use the app fully and then when you start an exercise, there's an inbuilt rest time that automatically tells you the how long to rest meaning you don't have to faff around with a stopwatch. Strongly recommended app!
This app is really good. I was nervous about the long fast run this week, but did a lot better than I expected which boosted my confidence massively. Same with some of the exercises when I see the weight, but just goes to show I just needed someone to push me out of my comfort zone...its been great! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to good strong fitness gains.
