This app is extremely frustrating to use. Repeatedly sends notification that my thermostat (T6) is offline, when none of my other devices are having disconnection problems. Very difficult to set and remove holds. Takes dozens of attempts to set a hold. Appears to work, then returns to previous schedule. Same when trying to resume schedule from a hold. Just a bad app! Don't bother to have me call your support, the problem is on Resideo's end.
The performance of the app is very good overall. However, I can't see my outdoor temperature/ humidity sensor data, and there is a pop-up every single time I open the app that bugs me to turn on notifications that I have intentionally turned off. That second issue is very annoying. People should be able to choose whether they want notifications or not without being perpetually heckled.
I've had a Honeywell smart thermostat for more than 4 years now, and unfortunately, this is the only compatible app for my Thermostat. It glitches and malfunctions constantly. I bought a new phone recently, and trying to migrate my account has been a complete nightmare. Now it's malfunctioning so badly that I can only get it open 2-3 times a day. Totally unacceptable garbage product.
