To be completely clear, I love Reverb I use it all the time. I just have 2 issues that I'm finding really frustrating at the moment that I'm hoping can be fixed. Whenever I finish making a new listing, the app will advance to a screen that has an option to "create another listing" Every time I press this option, the app advances to a blank screen. I've had to reset the app for every new listing I make. Also the app crashes every time I try to send a picture in chat it will start upload but crash
Reverb has been great for me! I've had 0 problems with any of the gear, deliveries, or tracking. The app is easy enough to navigate (aside from maybe one slight inconvenience I've noticed). my payment options are easy to use, and the gear I get has always resembled the picture unless otherwise noted. I like Reverb. If used or pre-loved gear is your dig have no fear, Reverb is here.
Do NOT sell gear using this app, especially on a 'local' sale. You are much better off trying Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist even. Not user-friendly and takes a large cut of your payout when an item is sold, even if you didn't pay for extra exposure or add boosting. Not to mention, the process of actually receiving the money into my bank account was multi-step, confusing, and took days to actually go through. I could have sold my item for cash MUCH easier, but i didn't get the option!
