I get an internal error occurred message recently when I am trying to look up connections. Sadly with that the app renders useless. I used it for quite some.time without problem. But something changed recently. Updates didn't help. (All journeys affected, no matter what connection I try)
The app worked perfectly until 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now whenever I enter specific street adresses and look for departure/arrival times in the future/past the app gives me errors. Essentially I can only search for trips with the "now" setting for departures/arrivals. Delays and cancellations are also no longer shown in the app. Maybe the technicians are also on holiday?
The app is very often not showing the correct delay time. It showed that the bus is late, but then the bus came on time or did not come at all. Frustrating for the daily commuter. It's not a wonder why people prefer to drive car now. Why don't you add gps on the bus or somethong like you have on the Strassenbahn or UBahn. So we know where the bus is and when the bus will come. Until then, I would prefer to drive a car.
