Overall, basic email app. Everything works fine, but there is one crucial issue with the app. When you open the app, only emails within about 1 month will show up, so the only way to find older emails is to manually scroll to find them or search it up and click the show older emails button, the reason this is a big issue is, any favorite/saved emails won't show up either unless found this way. Please allow an option to have it automatically show older emails instead of having to do it manually!
I repeatedly have problems sending email from this app. I have double and triple checked my settings. If I reboot the phone after 2 or 3 (or sometimes more) reboots the app will eventually send my email. Their technical assistance folks were anything but helpful, tools me to check my settings and stopped responding to me. Looking for a new mail reader, using this one is an exercise in frustration.
Email was doing great, but all of a sudden it stopped updating. Can't get it to update manually or automatically. Nothing new is coming into my inbox. Update: Had to delete my email account and start over. Somehow it managed to mess up my login info. I didn't change my password but it suddenly didn't know what it was and there's no way to update it. Giving 4 stars because of how difficult it was to find and fix this issue. Update2: Happened again, but IP address was blacklisted. Reset modem. Ok
