I love the concept of the app. I was looking for a way to track what I was eating in order to practice more mindful eating without the obsessive calorie counting. Love the ability to take photos of your meal. I am often unable to fill out the further details because the options are so limited... for example I eat tofu often but can't track it in the protein section. And the high fiber foods section is so limited. I wish there was a way to track water and beverages outside of the meals
I really like this app but the more I use it I am noticing that it is missing a few features that could be super helpful. First to mention is there is a community section, but I am not able to like or comment/participate in the convo. This may be a tech error. Second, I really like stats. They motivate me. Taking photos of meals daily w/o purpose other than just tracking isnt helpful. I also enjoy fasting once in a while, but this app currently doesn't track fasting between meals. ❤️ coaching!
I am not sure whether this app is in early stages of development, but I seem to be missing a lot of the expected functionality. I can journal the food, access the first journey upon installation, read messages from the fountain, and listen to the healthy coaching. However, once I completed the first journey no more journeys were available and then the option disappeared altogether. I also do not have any access to challenges nor do I see any settings options, despite being a premium member...
