I've used this app off and on. It's been a little while since I last used, and I've noticed quite a few changes. I personally like where if you accidentally put in the wrong time, i.e., AM/PM It's easily changed and doesn't mess up your schedule. Now you can input what you eat and it analyzes the food you wrote in, that's a nice fearure too. It's an easy to use app, and I like that it does help with motivation.
Simple helps me keep track of fasting times, but the food logging could be easier. It would be great if I had a meal log that I can save to and access for repeated meals rather than type everything. I show detailed food logging, so it can be time consuming. Otherwise some good information, but a bit too simple. I would prefer more detailed scientific information. But I do my own research.
It seems that Google Play limits reviews to 500 characters now. So I had to delete my original review in order to update it. I had some serious issues with my subscription not working but it was finally resolved! They extended my subscription 3 months and refunded half of what I paid. Thank you! I really do like this app mainly for the time tracking but the other features are useful too. I've been fasting clean since July 26th and have lost about 6 lbs so far!
