New App is a mess. Here's an example. Driving and listening to a show for an hour, stop at rest area and get gas, jump back in car and drive off. The NEW app refuses to pick up where I left off, seems to have lost Bluetooth (although phone is still connected) and I find myself having to shut down the app and find where I left off in the show. All, now, while driving and trying to navigate a slick but convoluted graphical interface. This never happened with the old app & Yes, I've reinstalled.
The updated app remains clunky and confusing. The Stern Show segment list used to be listed under the show. Now you have to hit a button to get the list, tough to do when driving. Also, the show doesn't hold its place. Once the app is closed the show restarts. I'm still not clear how to go to a specific channel on the app. This whole December app redesign has been a catastrophe and the "fixes" haven't brought the app back to where it was last Fall.
sound quality is better than the other music streaming apps and the programming has gotten better. The one draw back i find is it drops the sound every now and then doesn't start itself going again. I contacted customer service about this and they said my wifi connection was to blame, but the other streaming apps don't have this issue... I come and go but always happy with sound quality after being gone... After leaving the review above and the response below, I tried what it recommends
