It really doesn't matter what your metrics are nor does your proximity to the store matter. My metrics are nearly perfect and have been for the last year, 5 star ratings, 100% on time delivery, 88% acceptance rate, and 0 dropped orders. I have also sat in the parking lot, connected to the store wifi for 2 to 3 hours at a time during peak times, and gotten no offers. I only gave 1 star because I do get offers sometimes, but they're low and almost not worth the trouble.
This app has major problems. Where to begin? When the app switches to the Google map during drive time, it actually changes the address by 2 or 3 numbers everytime. Taking you to the wrong house if u don't pay attention. Then when the app doesn't understand the address it takes you to a random location. Also when u get to the customers house, sometimes it will say u are at the wrong location and it won't allow you to bypass this without calling support. Also it cuts off the end of the address so
1. there's no way to filter out what type of deliveries, locations, and either to shop+ deliver or just deliver. 2. if your rating drops you'll never know why and is dropping. 3. When accepting a batch order, there should always be a method to view which items are assigned to each destination, even during the trip or after completing it.
