If I could rate it lower I would, in the entire time this app has existed I don't think it has ever worked properly at all, there's always something wrong with it: the app won't load, the map won't load, bus times not showing up, keeps logging me out, bus passes disappearing or having to be re-registered on my device then losing my pass because the transfer limit has been reached so I've had to buy a new one. Sort it out! It's ridiculous.
I have to use this for my commute, but the times are inaccurate and sometimes not even available. Within one week there were three buses that hadn't turned up, but the app didn't say they've been cancelled - when I selected the bus each time it showed the previous bus instead. Providing up-to-date information would make this app really useful, but as it's not kept up-to-date it's basically nothing more than your average timetable.
When it works, it barely works. Bus times are often unreliable and i often find myself chasing the bus im after around the live map in order to know when it arrives and that's if the map or locations decide to work. Too often does the app not function at all, it loads nothing and just tells me that no services are running. Tickets are easier to get but harder to keep than reciept tickets. If the app feels like it then your ticket will just disappear. Very poor experience
