I would GREATLY appreciate it if we were able to have more freedom with the exercise selection with regard to adding and removing exercises, specifically for me — substituting Power Cleans with Barbell Rows and switching out Back Extensions with Dips, or RDLs, or nothing. The app doesn't offer much freedom to incorporate assistance exercises.
Excellent app. It does a great job of providing the structure needed for the novice progression. I really appreciate having the built in book reference material, as well as the built in form check submissions. Certain elements could be cleaned up, but overall great experience.
Excellent starting point for beginners and a great reentry program for people getting back into the game. Read the whole program, maybe skip the diet advice.
