It'd be better if the notifications worked, they haven't on the last 2 phones I've had. Guess I was hoping to also get updates as challenges go to motivate ourselves to push to meet our goals as other friends in challenges move up the ranks. Ever since Fitbit got rid of Friends Challenges I've been using this, it's an okay replacement but I miss not having any notifications, settings are Allowed for those so it must just not be a feature for this particular app unfortunately 😕
I can't for the life of me find how to make it start counting my steps. I've opened every tab and navigated the whole app several times and I don't see the main feature of such an app. It's not intuitive at all, despite having some fun stuff like group challenges it's pointless if it won't count steps...
This is a great alternative to fitbit for challenges and I love that it's more inclusive for people who have non-fitbit trackers. HOWEVER, challenges are missing the push notifications component which is critical for keeping people updated, motivated, and engaged with the challenges. If you're not being reminded about who's winning or pulling ahead of who, it is very easy to forget you're enrolled in a challenge. We really hope this can be added to an otherwise great app!!
