I ordered two tickets to Van Morrison and received them (via Ticketmaster) two days before the show, which was nice. I ended up having to sell them because plans changed and it was easy to post , have it sold and transfer tickets. It would be nice if there was a rating system like eBay , where sellers and buyers alike are scored on their performance. This would seriously make it less sketchy and ad piece of mind. Thank you!!
The link to unsubscribe directs you to a login page, that goes to your account. No unsubscribe option :( Very sad. On top of that, the instructions for how to set price alerts don't work. Overall, poor user interface and documentation. If that's not enough, the app is extremely slow. No support :( try to find a link to contact support. Good luck with that. Eric (the CEO) is dysfunction and don't really like to work or answer emails
Overall experience has been not great. Customer service is really not helpful. Listings constantly no shows and it makes reselling very very difficult. Almost like a gambling based numbers system. Which isn't what I want, if I cant go I want to be able to resell in ANY capacity but if you dont get promoted you are out of luck. The UI is also really bad, filters dont work, and sign in can be a real hassle. Only redeeming quality is finding tickets is FINE. I have had worse but I am moving on
