Works well for me, although worth regularly recalibrating your phone's GPS so you don't have problems ending a ride in a designated parking zone. The one thing I would really like to see changed is the mapping, which is terrible. Don't know who chose the colours but it's SO hard to make out the streets. Needs much more contrast. Can't imagine how anyone with colourblindness copes.
It's great when it works, I find the half the time upon scanning the qr code it doesn't work and when you try to hit cancel ride it says "not found" it's really annoying. I have to turn off my data, and wait roughly ten minutes before I can do anything or start a new ride on another machine.
Thieves. They do not refund outstanding balance when you cancel and request refund of outstanding amount. 6 months in I am waiting for a refund. Support is atrocious, PRAY you are not at the side of the road waiting for a response while in holidays. Previous review: (The App is fine, but the scooters are expensive. It costs about the same to go by taxi. Taxi is more comfortable and safer.)
