The cleanest app with amazing programs. I know that having issues with a mobile app is inevitable but their team is responsive and they try to fix it quickly.
This training program is great. Unfortunately, I got about 1/2 way through and my 30 year back issue flared up (unrelated to the surf program). I’m now back at it, starting over, but found it is a really good for progressing through my recovery. The app is decent despite a few usability quirks, the workouts and movements are clear and concise. Looking forward to getting back in the water!
I purchased the 12 week program. The workouts/stretches/routines are all extremely well thought out and he breaks everything down really well. I followed the program exactly, along with some additional workout days in between. My shoulder flexibility, core stability, and power generation are far and above what they were before. The movements all translate into the water really well and it has improved my surfing dramatically. I do wish the timer ran continuously throughout the entire workout instead of just the sections but just a minor complaint. Hopefully he adds casting support. Love the program. Plus, I love the phrasing "dumbbell inertia"
