No more joint pain! I have a background in lifting weights but at 40 I ended up feeling so stiff and with so much joint pain. I've been using The Movement Athlete for a few months now and my joint pain has disappeared. I was skeptical at first, but the progressive bodyweight strength training has really made a difference. The app is also great for people who get bored easily - there are always new moves to learn and progress to make. Overall, a fantastic app. Definitely recommend.
Great app, but not perfect. I'm getting high quality workouts and the app works great for 90% of what I expected. But some glitches, like is says I've unlocked the freestanding headstand, but it won't let me select it for a workout, so I can't complete it. Other similar types of issues I've found include the last exercise of a workout doesn't start the timer, so you just have to count it yourself, not a big deal, but the app could use some work, especially for what I paid for it.
Very good app! I like the way the AI is used to understand and adapt to my progress. I also like the interface and the customization feature. There are minor points to fix, like the lack of a countdown during some exercises and improvements points to better adapt to a gym environment.
