Fairly decent mail client just missing a bit of refinement. UI/UX could do with some attention just to sharpen the experience, and a dark mode would be extremely welcome. Also one major downside is that the notifications don't update, so if I read an email in the mailplus client on my desktop browser, the unread notification stays on my phone. If I've already deleted that email and tap the notification on my phone then I get told that the email doesn't exist.
One of the reasons why I am put off I think using this app is due to the lack of a search folder option when moving an email to a folder. One needs to scroll up and down to find the right one which kills the productivity. Also, I suggest you check the nine app for android, they have that plus tabs to allow selecting frequently used or favourite folders. TIA
I have over 25 years experience in messaging from setting up complete enterprise environments to support and troubleshooting. This client is ok. It's missing some common email client options like calendaring for example. A complete email package for business users needs calendaring. Relying on the built in Android and Apple calendar is not the same. Encrypted message support would be a great option as well. Over all, it works.
