These people cancel the order and refund. While checking in the order history there won't be any trace of cancelled order items and refund process. The cancelled details or items completely wiped off. Out of 5 items i could see only 2 items which delivered. The fun part is customer care says all the orders delivered as they too cannot see the cancelled items. And every time I get CC feedback form to waste our time. This app is really waste .

It's great as long as things are smooth. The moment you have any issues with delayed lab reports or orders, the problems start. Their customer care is text/chat based, and all answers are standard polite responses. The medicines are shown available even when they are not in stock, and once you order them, they string you along using all delaying tactics. And if you've paid in advance, then there is no option but to wait or cancel, while the patient waits for medicine

The app plus customer support have certainly improved, though I'm unsure if they have sorted out what I had highlighted in my earlier review. Certain products don't show as out-of-stock, but after ordering and paying, a day later they say the order is cancelled since it's out-of-stock!
