What would you expect from a transportation app? I think displaying your ticket is VERY high up on the list. Well, you can fetch your ticket with this app but you can't save it. You have to enter your details an order number every time you start it. Even with an account. SERIOUSLY?!Come on! Saving to a wallet app or Google Pay doesn't work either. Fails with error. Edit about the reply: No you can't! I have a Thalis account.There is no way to save a ticket (not bought via acc) to my acc or app.
This app does not work as it takes forever to load. It gets stuck on the red loading screen. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but still doesn't work.
It's one of the worst travel apps ever. I can not add my bookings as guest users, and then I created an account to add. Surprise, it didn't work either. I was so frustrated, and I wanted to delete the account. I selected the reason, and i wanted to enter the reason, and I could not enter the reason. What a loussy app development. I wanted to give 0 star it is not possible.
