I have a lot of love for this app. Workouts are fun and joe is a great motivator. Meals plans are easy to follow and fun. Unfortunately, the videos quite often just crash while doing the workouts and disrupt the flow when you have to reset them. Having used plenty of apps and never having an issue with my Internet I have to conclude it is the app where the issue is. Overall, its well worth the frustration of the crashing. Would recommend!
Love the workouts and the convenience of working out at home. Also, the length of workouts is perfect for my busy life. However, I am not trying to lose weight and have no interest in the body stats ... hate how you have to input weight loss / body measurements/ stats to progress. I just click the default settings in order to move on from each cycle. I feel there should be an option to skip this section for those of us not focused on weight/body image.
I had read Joe's books and they're awesome, but the app takes it to another level. I'm so glad I subscribed, making a lifestyle change is easy with the recipes, tips, and workouts that are included. Plus you can keep track of your progress. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is struggling to get healthy or in shape because it's very motivating.
