I had big hopes for this app because it worked with Android Auto. The posted speed is wrong on the app for many roads I travel. For example, if the posted speed is 35, the app shows it as 20. Then, when the posted speed changes to 45, the app shows 30 and takes too long to update. Because of this, I had to turn off the audio speed warning. Also, at different places in my daily travels, the app will drop. My Android Auto will show that it is connected, but the app has lost connection.
I've been using this app on Android since it was first released. So much better than the free alternatives. One thing though - when running on Android Auto and in an average-speed zone, I don't get the display showing my average speed, which is shown on the phone screen. This is a very useful feature - can it be added to the Android Auto display?
I love the look of this app, the offline maps, privacy, and the general navigation experience is excellent. Several bugs I had last year have been fixed! So I signed up and tried again...it freezes and restarts my phone almost everyday so I've got to switch to something else again. I desperately want this to be my go to navigation app but everytime I try there is something that stops it from working.
