Very locked behind paywall. When the app was in it's earlier stages, you would get FREE explanations on each single step and guide you through the entire question. Now, it just gives you the answers and doesn't explain the steps unless paid for the premium version. Very greedy move, it was what made the app special on the first place... Furthermore, you only get like 3 free problems a day and rest are paid. There are also AD popups for premium everytime you open the app which is annoying
I've changed my review so many times because I truly loved this app when it first came out. It was helpful trying to figure out tricky problems, but now the whole app is paywalled and unacceptable for people who just needed a quick help on a problem they couldn't find online. I would have 100% preferred ads to reseave this help, but that's not an option at all. The user quality truly started to go down, and I sadly had to uninstal due to me not being able to use it anymore.
I know the costs are high since AI costs, but even Id rather sit through an ad for each scan if there were unlimited scans. Also, according to your response to a different review, you can change Eva's appearance to her old look for entirely free although it only shows different outfits for "not free". The app is a really good idea, although I think the paywall is too extreme. Id rather just have ads. Edit: i meant that i preferred the old Eva skin and have no clue why it isnt a feature to switch
