This used to be a well functioning app. That's why I bought it: Dual monitors via usb cable or wifi. Until ... changes were made. The app seems to have been completely overhauled and now it is no longer working. Even their website isn't running properly. No transparency, in fact, this is theft! So may this be a warning before putting your trust and money in this company.
Works simply, although depending on your use case, there are a few issues: 1- There is an option to scale the display to full screen on the tablet, but it doesn't work, at least for me on a Pixel C. The Pixel has an odd aspect ratio. 2- There is no zoom capability. When trying to touch elements on the screen, some are incredibly small. Both Chrome Remote Desktop and Microsoft Remote Desktop allow you pinch to zoom the screen. 3- No keyboard input. So, if strictly want to use your tablet as a monitor, and not for input, it works quite well. Not great for input, though.
This app works great. I literally just bought it within the last hour and I love that I can very easily use my tablet as a second monitor without lugging around a full-sized monitor with me. I have however come across a small issue. I was going to use this to play Netflix on one monitor while doing actual work on my main monitor, but Netflix seems to have this new feature that blocks you from taking screenshots and such, and it's interfering with this app. If I try to play Netflix on my tablet through the app, I get audio and just a black screen. But I know it's because of Netflix's feature because their video controls still work. Hopefully the app devs can find a way around that, if it's even possible. I'd love to be able to use this app on the regular, but I'm not sure I will be able to as long as this is an issue.
