My first time trying Ubeeqo. I was overcharged and car was not as described. I drove 47km, and they billed me for 67km over the 30km included, saying I drove 97km total. Support just told me that I'm wrong, and then wouldn't respond to my follow ups. No refund. In addition the car was described as 'new', yet had 50,000 kilometres on it, and it was very dirty and with barely any fuel. Never again. I'm using MEC now, great experience, good support and no issues.
As always, everything went smooth. Easy booking, excellent service.
I didn't have any issues with the app itself, but, the car condition was horrible, it had several big scratches, holes, the back side of the vehicle was moving with the wind and seemed was gonna fly away. In the middle of the trip it wouldn't start and had some warning on the screen which customer service didn't know what it was. By the way, even the full insurance doesn't include big damages such as glass, underneath, robbery etc etc which makes it very dangerous to rent this service
