App does not scan packages and it forces closes. They need to hire better app developers cause this is disgraceful. Why Take away something that Worked fine to something that does not work all.
We have been using the service for a year, and we generally have pretty good experiences with UPS, no complications.
Absolutely awful. They discontinued the scanners and forced us to have this app. I don't want customers touching my mobile! What if they drop it or steal it? Also, once you've downloaded the app, you have to phone UPS to activate it, plus you have to give them the serial number of your mobile phone. I don't want them having that. It's disgraceful. There was nothing wrong with the handsets. All these recent low-rated reviews are completely justified.
