The new UPS app is a complete disaster. Did anyone try it out before releasing it? I've never had any problems locating or managing my packages in the past. Well, no longer. It's almost impossible to find packages, and every time I add a nickname on a package, it shortly disappears. I have canceled my My Choice Premium membership since the new app did not give me the option to change the delivery method. I never had any issues in the previous app versions. Bring back the old app NOW!
New update sucks. There's no longer a button for me to upgrade the service from surepost to ground. In fact, I can't find anywhere in the app to upgrade packages. I just missed one and now have to wait for the slow and incompetent post office to deliver. I'm also getting a bunch of "missing resource" messages preventing any packages from showing. The app continues to request that I log in to track my packages, but when I go to the account settings, it has my info. Get it together ups.
I mostly used the app to find UPS drop boxes and locations for returns, but the updated app no longer has that function. Why? It was by far the easiest way to find a location while running errands. Why would you make it harder for your customers to find you? Mapping apps don't show drop boxes and the website is terrible on mobile. Not taking away features is customer relations 101. Boo, UPS, bad show.
