The Verizon cloud simply does not work for desktop. I understand this is the playstore, but there's nowhere to write reviews for the PC app. When attempting to sign in, nothing happens. I was talking with Verizon engineers for about 5 months, sending logs after logs, until they randomly closed the ticket and ghosted me. I guess the problem was too complicated for them. What a waste of a service. If you're considering the Verizon cloud, please save yourself the money and look elsewhere.
There is no reason why you should take all the photos off the device. I agreed to the trial, however a copy could have been made. Not the removal of everything from the phone. I had 84K photos and 0 way to move them back or even toggle through them because the process was so slow. No mass deleting can be done, making it impossible to delete items any way except one by one. If you cancel, they will delete all of your items. Do not add this app It's trash. They hold your items hostage.
I got this free from Verizon when my phone had issues. I went in and backed up everything. My phone completely crashed a day later. When I got my replacement I downloaded the app and went in to get everything I backed up. There was nothing saved. I lost pictures, files, contacts, etc. Thankfully I also used Google for back up. It's not worth the money they charge. A trash product from a trash company.
