The idea behind this app is actually great, and they have amazing and quick customer service, but the fact that I have to go through the hassle of contacting you and provide a proof for each order to get my cash back for is painful.

It's scam as they told me that i'm not illegible for cash back for some items in the same order claiming that i moved them to cart fm wishlist & that they can't do anything abt it as it is the seller who performs the cash back!!!! How come, they throw the cash back responibility on seller while i am using their app? If the seller is the one who is cashing back, they were able to do it directly through sellers app. Moreover the wishlist rule is illogic & is a trap to not fullfill the cash back
