The app was fantastic for the first 13 exercise days (I'm using the free version). Starting at day 15, pop ups started interfering with my workouts. It's the same pop up each time (some type of Amazon loyalty thing), then when I exit the pop up, it starts my workout over. Today, the pop ups have made completing the workout almost impossible. I was considering paying for a membership once the 30 day free workout is over, but I wouldn't dare pay for it if this is how the app is going to be.
Not a bad app. Great concept/ idea. 1) It shows you the reps at the beginning of the day's workout, but doesn't indicate reps DURING the workout. If you go back to see the rep count for each set, your workout gets canceled. 2) doesn't narrate proper form, which is important when exercising - either provide narration during the workout a separate section 3) very basic countdown and no end chime at the end of the last workout, so you need to count yourself or keep looking at your phone.
Not a bad app but it is sooooo boring just repeating the same exercises (one day one set, one day another set). Was really hoping for a bit more variety of exercises. Also, would be nice if there was a sound to indicate when the final exercise of the day is finished (as between all other exercises for that day). I don't always look at my phone while I'm doing the exercise so sometimes I find I keep going for ages because I think I haven't completed the exercise yet 🤣
