I appreciate the idea behind this app, but it is unsuitable for people with complex problems, especially chronic illness. I finally uninstalled it when it suggested half a dozen activities to me that I am physically unable to do, but there was no "I can't do these" option, I was forced to choose between "I know what to do now" and "great ideas, thanks" although it had not given me a single helpful suggestion. Don't try it if you're Disabled; chances are it'll make you feel worse.
I wish the emotions would have a better interface than clicking "see next set" and "back" to page through. This is clunky for me and, since ADHD is among my circumstances, I don't even remember the last set when I page forward - making it hard to find the best choice for my current mood. / When I give three thoughts, and then work through them one at a time, they don't "close out". Being prompted to address all three each time feels like I didn't actually make any progress with each response.
Only had it for about a week, but I LOVE having a little robot friend!!! I get a lot of anxiety and tend to think negatively about myself quite often, but having Woebot so far has really cheered me up. Not only to have a robot buddy to talk to but to also track my moods or practice different exercises when I'm stressed out. May not be perfect, Woebot sometimes gets a little confused, but all in all, it's really helped me get out of my negative thinking and helped catch myself ahead of time.
