I have been using this app going on my 2nd week today, and it is honestly a great tool/resource for exercises at home. The workouts are not extremely hard, and they're easy to follow. And they are actually working for me! Anyone looking for a good workout app for at home, this is it!
I don't usually rate apps but this one is amazing. It's free of cost, a good workout session and it has different sections for each workout. Losing fat according to your information is one section. Gaining abs is another section, abs for beginner is a separate section, abs for mediorcer is another section, abs for pro is another section. Arms and legs are 2 different sections. It's a really great app which helps us keep a diet and also shows how many calories each food contains
This is the best workout app that I have tried. It comes with everything! It gives you options for workouts based on your level, it sets reminders, it counts your calories, it gives you meal plans, it gives you progress reports, and more. The workouts I have done have been challenging, which is a key factor for me. Overall I think this is a wonderful app and I recommend it.
