• 2 Enforcer
• 2 Pit fighter
• 2 Sniper
• 2 Bruiser
• 2 Dominator

Team Composition:
The core lineup includes Twitch, Nunu, Dr. Mundo, Mordekaiser, Vi, Elise, Urgot, Zyra, and Caitlyn.

• If Mordekaiser is unavailable, substitute with Blitzcrank.
• If Caitlyn is missing, use Maddie instead.
• Replace Urgot with Warwick if he appears later in the game.
• With the Experiment Emblem and Warwick, activate 7 Experiement trait by swapping out Mordekaiser or Vi.

Laboratory hex priority:
Twitch > Dr. Mundo > Emblem (if available) > Warwick > Zyra > Nunu/Urgot.
Without an emblem, the standard setup for Laboratory hexes is Twitch, Dr. Mundo, and Zyra.

Main Carry - Twitch:

Core Item: Guinsoo's Rageblade (Essential because Twitch's ability counts as basic attacks, maximizing Rageblade's value).

Prioritize crafting Guinsoo's Rageblade early to secure win streaks in the early game. Prioritize Last Whisper over Infinity Edge. Twitch can crit without Infinity Edge, and Infinity Edge does not provide the 10% crit damage bonus without crit chance items.

Main Tank - Dr. Mundo:

Tank Items: Warmog's Armor, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Redemption, Bramble Vest, Dragon's Claw, or other defensive items.

Backup Carry - Caitlyn:

Recommended Items: Red Buff, Blue Buff, and Infinity Edge.

Alternative backup Carry - Vi:

Suggested Items: Titan's Resolve, Bloodthirster, and Sterak's Gage.

Item Substitutions:

If Last Whisper is unavailable, consider Evenshroud.

If Red Buff is unavailable, craft Sunfire Cape or Morellonomicon for anti-healing effects. Always ensure your team has both armor penetration and anti-healing to counter high-sustain enemies.

Experiment Emblem:

Assign to Vi or Elise. Equip it to whichever of them reaches 2 stars first. If both are at 2 stars, prioritize Vi.

Mid Game:
Level up to 4 at stage 2-1, Level up to 5 at stage 2-5, Level up to 6 at stage 3-2.

Late Game:
level up to 8 at Stage 4-2, look for 2-star Twitch, Dr. Mundo, and Elise to complete the 5-Experiement trait. Aim for a 2-star Caitlyn at level 9. If Warwick is available, add him to strengthen the Experiment trait.

 

Summary:

Currently Twitch is very strong in Golden Spatula,. Twitch's ability can crit even without Infinity Edge.

However, not many players are using Twitch comps, so it's often uncontested. This makes it easier for us to chase 3-star Twitch and Dr. Mundo.
