HAEGIN's "Play Together" Launches on Steam!

Game company HAEGIN (CEO Young-il Lee) announced on Tuesday, January 14th, that their mobile casual social networking game "Play Together" has launched on Steam.

"Play Together" is a game that lets players enjoy all aspects of daily life on the fairytale-like "Kaia Island," such as dressing up their character, decorating their home with pieces of furniture, enjoying a ride in a vehicle, and more. Players from around the world can also compete with each other in minigames. This includes racing each other to the finish line, running away from select players in "Hot Potato," hiding and surviving until time is up in "Zombie Virus," and more. But that's not all. Players can also take on a variety of hobbies within the game, such as fishing, camping, cooking, hosting home parties, and raising pets.

Originally launched as a mobile game back in April of 2021, "Play Together" is a popular title that has been downloaded over 200 million times globally. The newly launched Steam version of "Play Together" operates as a cross-platform version of the game which can be linked with the existing mobile version so that players may enjoy the game wherever they want with ease, whether it's on a PC or a mobile device.

Director Seung-min Yoo from HAEGIN stated, "While this latest venture into Steam is certainly about expanding to other platforms, it also stemmed from the request of our players who wanted the ability to communicate with their friends using voice chat." adding, "Having been loved by our players on mobile, we're thrilled to bring the unique fun and excitement that only Play Together can offer to players around the world through Steam."

Meanwhile, "Play Together" has events planned in celebration of its Steam launch, such as the account linkage event and the video upload event.

The account linkage event is an opportunity for players who have already been playing "Play Together" on mobile to receive 300 Steam Gems, 20,000 Stars, and the "STEAMPUNK" name tag if they link their accounts with Steam. Additionally, players have a chance to receive the "Mart Conquest Cart" six-seater vehicle if they play the game on Steam.

In the video upload event, players can participate simply by adding the required hashtag to their video clip on social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and more.
