In CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5, "In Deep Water,” the top guns are:
Our tier list is a little based on the early stage of the game's release. Of course, once a metagame emerges, we'll keep this page updated with more data regarding the current state of the weapons in CALL OF DUTY: Mobile.
For the time being, we're ranking weapons based on the base forms that can be obtained by leveling up., although you can buy updated versions in the store for tokens or CALL OF DUTY Points that have better skills. You're also able to gather these weapons by the Battle Pass and from Crates.
The top 5 best assault rifles to be used in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5 are:
AS VAL:
The best assault rifle you should use in Season 5 is the AS VAL; this gun has significant damage, a fast fire rate, and good accuracy. Combine, and the weapon has lethal TTK in close range. The AS VAL is very good to win a duel against SMG. The recoil is controllable; however, the long-range spray is a little more complicated.
The best gun ranked second in assault rifle to use in Season 5 is the ASM10; making a comeback, the 3-shot kill gun is now great to use again. You have faster ADS buff plus significant range damage and low recoil control making it one of the best guns to use for close and mid-range combat.
DR-H:
In our list DR-H is ranked third it is the; this assault rifle is still standing firm in the meta; it has significant damage, a fast fire rate, and needs low recoil control, great for close to mid-range combat. The DR-H build requires an OTM attachment for it to output the max damage potential. It also has a higher body damage multiplier, so aiming upper body is a must for fast TTK.
HVK-30:
The HVK-30 is the fourth-best assault rifle in Season 5. This assault rifle has good damage, a fast fire rate, controllable recoil and. However, it lacks damage when using in long-range combat. The build for HVK-30 requires Large Caliber ammo attachment to output the gun max damage; also, aiming to the upper body is much recommended to kill faster in close range.
CR-56 AMAX:
The CR-56 AMAX is the fifth-best gun to use in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5; this gun has good damage, deficient recoil control, fast fire rate, and outstanding accuracy. Overall a balanced weapon to use, and it also has fast TTK when aiming the upper body.
Assault Rifles will be your cake as a soldier in the thick of battle. CALL OF DUTY: Mobile has revived these old favorites by combining scope and damage output with speed and maneuverability. We have ranked them so you can decide which one is worth your time and effort once you've unlocked it!
Let us know what your favorite is, and remember: it's all about how a gun feels. If you're big into one of our bottom-tier guns, don't let that put you off!

Guns & Strengths |
1 |
HBRa3 – The HBRa3 can do it all. Shredding enemies at the close scope and picking them off at a distance, the HBRa3 has what it takes to help you carry your team to a convincing victory. With its highly forgiving, laser-like recoil, it's easy to get the hang of and start dominating enemies.
BK57 – Much like the M16, the BK57 by default comes with a mobility speed upgrade upon unlocking at level 115. Its damage is lesser, at 48, but is made up for by a high rate of fire and decent accuracy and range. It functions as a better version of the M4. |
2 |
AK-47 – This series staple packs a powerful punch. You'll have to reach level 23 to unlock it, and the recoil is horrendous, but it's worth practicing with—it's high-damage AR with a good range. The only disadvantage is the difficulty in landing a series of shots. You'll be fine if you use short, controlled bursts.
AK117 – Not to confuse the AK47, this gun attempts to compensate for its lack of damage by increasing its fire rate and accuracy. In all honesty, the higher fire rate pays nicely for, the lower damage, and the gun's capacity to land those kills at range thanks to its low recoil is precious, putting it among the best guns you can use. You'll be capable of carrying your team if you continuously hit your goals.
LK24 – This lovely mobile gun can be used similarly to an SMG, albeit with marginally more range potential. Because of its fast fire rate and a high degree of expertise, the LK24 is an excellent weapon to try out - definitely worth the investments ultimately.
KN-44 – The KN-44 deals substantial harm over various ranges, thanks to its damage per shot. It's a little more challenging at long range with its high fire rate, but the recoil becomes easily predictable once you've played a couple of games with it.
Type 25 – Type 25 is more precise than its gun statistics would suggest. Combined with the extendable mag and quickdraw, you'll have an excellent all-purpose weapon that'll serve you well in many situations.
Man o War – This legendary weapon is ludicrously potent at close range. On a map of Nuketown or Rust, you'll be going shop non-stop. It's got some severe recoil, though, so don't try for those fancy longshots unless you're highly confident and skilled. |
3 |
HVK-30 – It's a solid middle-range gun and can be pretty good to use once you've got the hang of it. It's friendly and accurate at close ranges, with a precise decently hip fire, but isn't entirely as all-purpose and reliable as some of its rivals.
ASM10 – We love a high-harm gun. The ASM10 tries to match with the AK47 does but does it worse. Lower harm, scope, and mobility in exchange for a tiny bit less recoil just aren't going to cut it, especially when it's unlocked way after the AK at level 138. There are not many reasons to get excited for the open of this weapon, although it does look rather lovely.
ICR-1 – You've got some decent and regular damage at range with the ICR-1, which can be great on larger maps with long sightlines. However, it fires a bit slowly compared to other ARs, so don’t expect it to shred your foes when you’re in a tight spot.
M16 – This rapid-fire gun can 3-shot kill close up, but if you miss any hits from the burst, you'll be in a bit of trouble. Thankfully, it's pretty easy to switch to a single image and go for ranged kills, although there are much better guns for both of these. |
4 |
M4 – As the M4 is the primary gun you unlock; you'll probably know by now what you're getting. Unfortunately, you're not getting much stopping power, particularly with all the fancy new gear added since the game. |
The top four best Snipers to be used in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5 are:
MK2:
The MK2 is the second-best Sniper that you can use; this marksman can also one-shot the enemy in any range when hitting the upper body damage; the scope in time is also fast when building a proper attachment.
Locus:
Locus is one of the best Snipers in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5; this Sniper deals with very significant damage, which can shoot the upper body in any range. It also has a swift ADS time among other Sniper with very great accuracy.
Outlaw:
Ranked third in our list for Season 5, the Outlaw, the fast ADS speed with significant accuracy and good damage. Outlaw is a superb sniper to use; however, sometimes, the bullet can generate hit marker more than other Sniper.
SP-R 208:
The Sniper, which is ranked fourth in our list for Season 5, is the SP-R 208; if you are looking for the close to mid-range one-shot kill weapon, the SP-R 208 is the one the gun deals with the significant damage for close to mid-range with fast ads speed. Aiming for the upper body is recommended.
The perfect skill picks for many. We've all got memories of getting quickly scoped by those perfect sniping clans on Rust. CALL OF DUTY: Mobile has brought Snipers to the tiny screen now, meaning you can bring the dream of
getting on the top of the game.
We have gathered our current standing for CALL OF DUTY: Mobile's snipers. We'll be circulating this list as the meta develops, so keep an eye out for significant shifts.

Guns & Strength |
1 |
DL Q33 – Supporters of the previous CALL OF DUTY games will immediately recognize this rifle's fantastic design as the Intervention. In CALL OF DUTY: Mobile, the gun fits a similar role, rewarding you for high shooting skills. Unfortunately, mobile controls make it tough to handle, and the gun's bolt-action (prolonged) fire rate means missing a shot is highly likely to be unrewarded. However, if you can hit the targets, the DL Q33 will pay dividends, so get used to the game controls to score one-hit kills on any shot from the chest up. You can also scope at close range fairly reliably if you get snuck upon. |
2 |
Arctic .50 – The Arctic .50 won't be in your league. It takes a while to unlock, unlocking at level 67, but it's worth a shot. With a slightly faster fire rate and movement than the DL Q33 but damage marginally lower, this rifle is best used for running-and-gunning, moving you around slightly quicker and letting you get to the sniping positions you're after more efficiently. Whack on the Tactical Scope, and you're great to go.
Locus – The Locus is a perfect piece of kit, but with a slow aiming time and no vast advantages over its contemporaries, we'd recommend sticking with the DL Q33 if you're unsure. |
3 |
X-50 – Get to level 88; something exciting is waiting. Slightly faster at firing than the following fastest Sniper, the M21 EBR, you're trading off a bit of range and accuracy for it. The loss of precision coupled with the growing fire rate is a much bigger issue than you might think, making it far harder to accomplish those second and third shots after the first one fails to kill. The advantage is that the activated version of the XPR-50 does have a bonus. Weapon skills have a chance to add a bullet into the gun's magazine, but that perk is only helpful in extremely niche situations to the extent that you probably wouldn't notice if it were gone.
Outlaw – The Outlaw should work as the best gun with its mobility and aim-down-sights time. However, unfortunately, even if you get those quick scopes, this thing is inconsistent at getting one-shot kills. It'll be getting a buff soon, though.
M21 EBR – The M21 EBR doesn't; unfortunately, it does not have nearly enough harm to compete with its fellow sniper rifles. At some variations, you can hit foes in the head with a single shot, but it's far less reliable, yet not its semi-automatic fire rate can compensate. |
The top two best LMGs to be used in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5 are:
Chopper:
The LMG ranked third in our list for Season 5 is the Chopper; this gun has significant damage, a fast fire rate, and outstanding accuracy. The weapon is also beamed in close to mid-range with proper attachments. However, it lacks the mobility to play aggressively with it.
Holger-26:
Holger-26 is considered the best LMG to be used in Season 5; this gun can deal very significant damage, it has a fast fire rate and little to no recoil. It is a very excellent light machine gun to use, especially the damage is also good.
The top two superb Shotguns to be used in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5 are:
Echo:
The echo is the second-best shotgun to use in Season 5; this semi-automatic shotgun deals excellent damage with a decent fire rate, great for clearing or attack. It is also a superb gun to use to rush the enemy aggressively.
KRM-262:
KRM-262 is the best shotgun to be used in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5; this gun can get one shot of the enemy up to 10-15m; it is a perfect shotgun to use. It spreads the lowest pallet when firing and is very good in close-quarter combat.
With big magazines, considerable recoil, and big reload times, LMGs will serve you best in the mid-range due to their high recoil and long reload times. You'll find it difficult to maintain a run-and-gun playstyle, but if you know your shots and where to be, LMGs can provide you with a lot of flexibility and success. Here are our rankings for the game's Light Machine Guns.
Tier |
Guns & Strength |
1 |
UL 736 – Severe damage, long-range. Once you've leveled up enough, this LMG will come in handy. This gun works the same way as the AK-47, albeit mildly less mobile and a more visible magazine. With this machine, you'll be able to slash through enemy armies without blinking.
RPD – The RPD is the first LMG you unlock and the only one you'll have access to for a while. It does what you expect it to do. This gun's substantial damage and range make it ideal for maps with slightly wider space, such as Crossfire, where it excels in long, drawn-out firefights. In small maps, however, leave it at the loadout screen. |
2 |
S36 – This thing is brutal at close range. A whopping 75 damage and 75 rates of fire mean you can hit your enemies real hard. The 35 accuracy means that it will be difficult to handle the S36's recoil, so it is better to use in smaller maps only. |
3 |
M4LMG – There is always be a runt of the litter, and the M4LMG falls into that category. In terms of damage, fire rate, and mobility, it is the most accurate of the LMGs by a wide margin. If you're having trouble with the recoil on your other guns, this one is worth a shot, but it never shines. |
The top 5 best SMG to be used in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5 are:
PP19 Bizon:
The second best SMG you can use in Season 5 is the PP19 Bizon, this gun has significant damage, a fast fire rate, and accuracy is very accurate up to mid-range. The PP19 Bizon mag is vast, suitable for multiple kills, capture, or defense hardpoint, and the recoil is very low, which is ideal for close to mid-range full spray. Aiming the upper body can achieve faster TTK.
QQ9:
QQ9 is the best SMG to be used in Season 5 of CALL OF DUTY Mobile. This gun has insane damage with a fast fire rate, combined with creating the quickest TTK gun to use for close-range combat. The recoil of QQ9 is controllable, significant for close to mid-range, and the mobility when using it is also fast, especially with the correct perk class and attachments build.
QX:
The thirst best SMG to be used in Season 5 is the QXR. If you are looking for a close-range only gun, the QXR is excellent for you; it has significant damage, a fast fire rate, and outstanding precision. Like we have already mentioned, the QXR is only good in close range; the mid-range damage starts to fall off, and it is hard to win a duel against any other AR or SMG players.
RUS-79U:
The fourth best SMG to be used in Season 5 is the RUS-79U; this is a balance submachine gun you can use. It deals with severe damage, fast fire rate, and has excellent accuracy. It also supports close to mid-range with low recoil control needed as well.
MSMC:
Ranking fifth in our tier list is the MSMC, another great close-range smg that you can try out. The gun deals good damage with a fast fire rate and moderate recoil. However, the gun damage will fall off in mid-range combat.
Get up close and personal with these. while They will not inflict damage from a long distance. SMGs in CALL OF DUTY: Mobile have high rates of fire and speed, making them ideal for close-quarters combat. Here is our ranking of the best Submachine Guns.
Tier |
Strength |
1 |
Cordite – The Cordite has everything. When you unlock the Cordite, you will be able to destroy opponents at both long and short ranges, and you will be able to handle them much more quickly. You'll be unstoppable if you learn its recoil pattern.
RUS-79U – The RUS-79U, a great gun with excellent damage output, will keep you safe in hand-to-hand combat with its massive 80 damage and 60 fire rate. With the RUS-79U, you'll be able to stroll into occupied rooms and bleach your way to victory; just don't try shooting too far.
Pharo – You should only use the Pharo on small maps or in circumstances where you are likely to be in a bind. Once there, the Pharo's insane damage output will hold its own. Big-time - just don't expect it to have targets far away. |
2 |
MSMC – The MSMC is a lightning-fast-firing weapon. Unfortunately, as a result of this, its accuracy and range are atrocious. This makes it better and brutal for close-quarters combat but nearly useless for anything else. You'll have a decent time on small maps and similar chokepoints, though the Pharo will often do this job much better. You must not expect to win cross-map shootouts against an Assault Rifle.
GKS – The GKS has the adaptability you're looking for in a CALL OF DUTY Mobile SMG. It will hold its own at all ranges as long as you hit your shots; however, don't expect it to shine brighter than more expensive guns. Specialize in each category. |
3 |
HG 40 – An excellent option for SMG users who want to have a bit more Assault Rifle-like features, the HG 40 sacrifices some of its resolving distance for range. Unfortunately, it also loses out on the fire rate. You'll be able to hit all of your shots with reasonable accuracy, but the slow pace will make it difficult. The speed of fire stops this gun from winning most shootouts.
PDW-57 – Unfortunately, the PDW-57 has a pretty slow time to kill outside of the very close ranges. It keeps its decent accuracy, but you will struggle to finish your enemies before they spin and take you down.
Chicom – Good-looking stats pave the way for a gun that looks much better than it performs. The Chicom’s burst fire greatly hinders it, effectively nullifying its main strength as a fast-firing damage-dealer. The Chicom fails in the areas where it is assumed to succeed due to its poor range and lack of damage. |
Hitting an unsuspecting enemy hiding in the corner with a Shotgun is a gaming experience we all cherish. Classic guns make a comeback, particularly fond memories of the Model 1887 and its outrageous stopping power from Modern Warfare 2. Here's our roundup of how valuable these weapons are.
Before you're in a game with a shotgun, keep in mind that they are generally useless! When it comes to larger maps with larger scales, you'll have a tough time getting a look-in. Sightlines, so are careful not to give away your position by shooting at a foe who's a bit far away.
Tier |
Guns & Strength |
1 |
BY15 – Pump-action shotguns are cool as hell. Thankfully, this one does an excellent job outside of that, offering substantial damage at close ranges and a decent chance of getting a second shot off before getting gunned down. |
2 |
HS0405 – It's the Model 1887 but with a separate name. Anything about it is good - the one-shot potential and solid movement speed while wielding it mean you'll be able to blast close-range enemies away swiftly. Unfortunately, the HS0405 takes a long time between shots; you'll have to rely on that one-shot capability. If you don't kill with the first, the enemy will.
KRM-262 – The KRM-262 fires rapidly but has hardly any range, and its damage drops off pretty swiftly. If you're looking for a Shotgun loadout, it's often worth running something else - unless you're there for the quick-firing spam. |
3 |
HS2126 – This shotgun has the quickest fire rate in the class, which means it will quickly deal a lot of damage to your opponents. Unfortunately, due to the HS2126's short-range, you must be within knifing range to deal any damage. It does come with the benefit that weapon kills increase your movement speed, offering the potential for some wild sprinting killstreaks, but in practice, that'll be far less done than you think.
Striker – The harm of this gun is just too small to be viable. Sure, it fires pretty quick, but Shotguns are unreliable at the best of times in CALL OF DUTY: Mobile, and this one just don't do enough to finish SMG-wielding enemies. |
Not the most exciting choices, but valuable in their ways, the Handgun returns. The .44 Magnum had a lot of range back in Modern Warfare 2, and hopefully, it remains a powerhouse in the mobile version.
A couple of these ferocious behemoths can turn a game in either team's favor. Look for Launchers near the end of Battle Royale matches; your opponent won't know what to expect if they're trapped and hiding.
These last resorts can save you in a pinch, particularly with hordes of Zombies charging you down.
From scopes to grenades, your kit expands far from just guns. Wise choices and use of equipment can change games completely, too, so keep the gear you're carrying in mind when you traverse the maps of Call of Duty: Mobile. Weapon attachments can change your whole playstyle, while explosives can steal kills when they don't seem possible. Here are all the gears that made the jump to the small screen!
Scopes will be beneficial in Call of Duty: Mobile. Frequently, a gun's iron sights will not be properly aligned, or they will cause a slight obstruction in your sightline, making it difficult to be well known of your surroundings. The usual things from the CALL OF DUTY series have made an appearance.
Various gun attachments are present throughout the series, ranging from the self-explanatory Extended Mag to the precision Foregrip.
Are you looking to protect yourself? Or deal some damage? Call of Duty: Mobile has a plethora of grenades and tactical equipment. You'll want to choose carefully whether you're scrubbing opponents out or spectacular before a rush.
The following list contains the type and description of the lethal throwables/ grenades used in the game to damage the opponent.

Description |
Sticky grenade |
A Sticky grenade is a grenade that sticks to the surface where it is thrown before detonating. |
Frag grenade |
This type of grenade bursts after a bit of gap of time. |
Trip mine |

The above guide tells you entirely about the weapons, best weapons, their equipment, where to get, how to get, how to use, where to use, etc. Moreover, the guide also explains the best guns of each type. They are all of the best guns in CALL OF DUTY Mobile Season 5 that you can use; most firearms can be unlocked by leveling up or buying in the credit store. Also, in this guide, we have listed the majority of the weapons and their tiers that you can obtain without spending real money, though you will have to grind a little to get some of them. We all know those excellent weapons are popular among players because they tell the story of specific characters. Most of the time, the CALL OF DUTY mobile weapons refer to iconic characters from the CALL OF DUTY franchise. If you want to read more or read about the regularly updated guides about Call of Duty Mobile, you can find them out here.
