Clash of Beasts: Tower Defense is a strategical tower defense game offered by Ubisoft Entertainment. The game is available on Android's Play Store for free. Clash of Beasts allows you to summon beasts using soul stones, engage in battles, and gather loot. You then use it to improve your beasts and cast spells to summon new ones.

This game has more than 60 beasts to choose from. Our article has listed some of the best characters that you should look out for. Each beast in the game has their own set of attacks, base stats (which can be upgraded), unique moves, and abilities. The game has various types of beasts belonging to a class. Our guide will help you decide which characters you should look out for from the beginning. So, let us get started with the tier list. 

 

The list has four levels ranking the characters from best to worst. Not all the characters are included in the list, only the good ones.

 

S Level

---

As usual, the top tier will be the absolute beast characters who are too powerful and can take down any opponent. These characters have powerful attacks and abilities that surpass other characters and make them our top choice to be in this tier. Their base stats are impressive and possess more strength than some of the upgraded characters. Also, the characters of these tiers can be unlocked early on, or you will get them as a beginner reward.

 

Vorgoth

 

This tank character with Common rarity will be the first character you will encounter. Being in the top-tier means, it has amazing stats and powerful abilities to take down enemies. 

 

This fire-affinity tank can attack enemies with an endless stream of flames by holding down the button. And while his damage isn't the best, he's highly resistant to most types of damage and can easily breach even the most fortified defenses. Furthermore, he can defend himself against even the most brutal assaults with his powerful explosive shield and then deal immense damage to everyone in the vicinity when the shield breaks. Vorgoth's greatness stems from his mastery of this skill.

 

 

Talvara

 

Class: Rogue, Rarity: Common. Talvara is a light element beast specialized in dealing serious damage to individual defenses with a series of attacks. Her attacks are straightforward projectiles launched by tapping on enemy towers, each consuming stamina. She also has a devastating chainfire ability, which allows her to attack multiple towers at once, dealing significant damage if carefully timed. Talvara, despite her lack of tankiness, can easily defeat enemy defenses when used correctly.

 

Shadescale

 

This beast is a Mage with a common rarity; thus, it can be obtained easily. He can destroy multiple towers at once using powerful projectile attacks. Aside from that, he's fairly simple. However, he necessitates some preparation and planning to effectively target the most opponents with every hit and maximize his DPS.

A Level

The combat units in this category, like the Beasts in the S tier, are quite strong and effective but not quite as powerful as the above for various reasons. However, you could do a lot worse than these units.

Kalaantis

 

Kalaantis is a water-type mage Beast with devastating attack strength. He'll become one of your centerpiece units while attacking defenses of any element, except water, of course.

 

 

B Level

Average characters whose abilities are hindered by a few shortcomings. These units aren't particularly powerful, but they're also not particularly weak. Though you could do much worse, we recommend replacing them as soon as possible in your formation.

 

Mavra

 

A powerful water-type rogue Beast with massive attack power and a high crit rate, though she is only available at level 4. While her stats are quite appealing, she also takes a very long time to heal completely, limiting her usefulness when playing for extended periods.

 

 

Kerbera

 

A fire-type mage beast that doesn't have much going for it other than the fact that it's of average quality. Nonetheless, his attack power is quite adequate, and because he is a mage, he can easily attack multiple defenses simultaneously.

C Level

The fourth and the last level of our rankings. In this tier, characters are mostly weak. These are the characters whom you should avoid. They are not powerful and most certainly not worth the effort to unlock them. 

 

Korhal

 

Korhal, being such a legendary Beast that can only be achieved at level 12, he is expected to be strong. Although his base stats are good, his long healing time makes him unworthy of the effort. Of course, if you get him in any way, you can use him a lot, though you'll probably want to use anything else.

 

Skybark

 

Finally, another legendary Beast suffers from similar limitations to those mentioned above. However, Skybark is somewhat worse because Vorgoth is available from the start and is usually more than enough to deal with any threat. And if you need a tank of a different element, there are a few other candidates you can unlock without as much difficulty as Skybark.
