Fight against many different players in a real time battle by deploying the bulk of your most powerful minions and heroes to take down their bases and plunder all of their resources in order to build up your clan by playing Clash of Clans on PC with the help of LDPlayer.
With the strength of powerful heroes in Clash of Clans with the ability to deal massive amount of damage and lead the players’ army by providing the minions with powerful buff effects when fighting against another clan, many players might be eager to find out that they can buff their beloved heroes even more with the help of the specially available Hero Equipment - powerful tools that boost specific heroes’ strength even more.
In this guide, we will go over all the things players need to know regarding the different Hero Equipment they can obtain in Clash of Clans and advise players on which of the Hero Equipment they should invest in in order to massively boost the power of each hero in the game in the best and most efficient way possible.
Hero Equipment are special items that players can obtain from various sources in order to equip the different Heroes in the game in order to grant them special stats, abilities and even change the heroes’ skills depending on the Hero Equipment. These items are extremely powerful and are unique to each hero, making them very valuable to start farming and obtaining in order to boost the overall strength of each of the heroes in Clash of Clans
Introduced in the Town Hall 16 update, Hero Equipment are special equipment that can be equip onto the different heroes in the game in order to grant them special boons in battle, each their own unique abilities and skills that players can used to diversify every single hero in the game depending on the type of equipment you have on them as opposed to the old skill system where every hero have set skills and abilities.
Every Hero Equipment is divided into different rarities, with the higher the rarity, the more powerful the effects and skills they grant to the different heroes, allowing them more powerful effects depending on the rarity of the equipment. The Hero Equipment in the game is divided into the Common and Epic rarities, with Common Equipment being maxed out at level 18 while Epic Equipment maxing out at level 27.
There are two types of Hero Equipment that players can obtain depending on their abilities and skills granted to the heroes: Active Equipment and Passive Equipment. As the name suggests, Active Equipment functions similarly to active skills that players can activate during a fight, allowing the hero to perform powerful effects like summoning a horde of minions or dealing a massive blow of attack. Meanwhile, Passive Equipment grants the hero a passive buff in stat or grant them a special ability that last the entirety of the match and does not need to be activated nor have a cooldown when used.
Players can choose to equip any combo of equipment depending on their preferences and battle situations. However, if players equip 2 Active Equipment on the same hero, do note that both skills will be activated at the same time when using the Skill button, making it extremely important that you time them right.
In addition to providing heroes with special abilities and passives in battle, every single hero Equipment in the game grants the hero 1 to 2 special stats depending on the hero equipment. These stats massively boost the hero’s performance in combat, with any stats being extremely beneficial to the individual heroes and their abilities in battle.
Hero Equipment can be obtained through various means while you play the game, but the easiest and most convenient way you can obtain the hero equipment is through the game’s Blacksmith & Special Traders.
The Blacksmith can be unlocked when your clan’s town hall is upgraded to level 8, allowing you to build it and obtain various Hero Equipment through it by crafting them. The Blacksmith’s level can be upgraded proportionally to the Town hall’s level, and the higher the Blacksmith’s level, the more hero equipment crafting options will be available for you to spend your currencies to make.
Hero Equipment level and upgrades will also be dependent on the Blacksmith’s level and will require special Ores that players can obtain through playing the game in order to use the Blacksmith to upgrade them.
Another way for players to obtain different Hero Equipment is through the Trader, which resets every week and might have the chance to sell different Hero Equipment at various prices depending on how powerful the Hero Equipment are.
