Dragon Raja is an RPG developed by Archosaur Games. It is one of the first mobile games that has been entirely developed on the Unreal Engine. Therefore, it is known for its incredible visual fidelity and jaw-dropping graphics. The game is not just eye-candy. However, it features an enthralling storyline with a deep focus on mechanics and gameplay, pitting the game into a class of its own. With over a million unique downloads, it is safe to say that a large number of players enjoy the game.
Dragon Raja does have quite a high skill curve, and the customization options present in the game might be confusing for some players as well.
Classes are perhaps an essential part of any RPG game, and Dragon Raja is no different. Each class and character have unique combat skills. No matter what class you chose, you should have a ton of fun with it. However, there are a few characters that are subjectively better than the other.
But, in most cases, the more experienced and skilled player takes the cake. Here are a few of the classes and character types you should know about:
The Reaper is a combination of both the Soul Dancer and the Assassin. The Reaper deals with a ton of magic damage by using skills such as Attack of the Earth. The character fights on longer ranges. The class is not meant for everyone as it needs a lot of gear to be viable in most situations.
Other classes can do the Reaper's job better than the class, but this class is somewhat of a jack of all trades. If you pick this class, you should learn spell rotations considerably quickly and decimate your enemies.
Sword Fighters are melee warriors that deal the most considerable amount of DPS in the game. They are quite beefy and have a lot of HP. They also are experts at opening up the level and clearing up tons of waves.
Sword Masters are easy to play and master. They do not require a lot of skill and are generally straight forward. Not everyone appreciates the simplicity of their gameplay, though, and tries to spice things up. But in most cases, the Swords Master and gets the job done.
The brawler is an entire melee combat class with very high DPS. The primary role of the character is to deal the most damage out of all the other classes. However, the class does have a few differences compared to the Swordsman as he has an average sum of the health. The brawler has the most amount of unique abilities as compared to everyone else. The class relies on creating combos and focuses on enemies with lower hit points.
However, do note that the class is quite fragile and cannot sustain many hits from enemies. So, play the class with caution. We recommend learning a few combos before you start playing the class as your primary one.
Assassins have two different skill trees. One skill tree allows them to engage in melee combat while the other relies mainly on the range. You can quickly switch between the two while you fight. The Assassin has excellent AoE damage but lacks in HP. He, too, does not help his teammates in any way.
However, the hero is perfect for more experienced players who know how to handle him and can quickly change his talent tree in time.
Perhaps the most skill reliant class in the game, the Soul Dancer has very confusing abilities. He deals a considerable amount of damage while also having control and relatively high durability. He can use his Shadow skill that copies the skills of any hero that faces off with. So, he can copy skills from Assassins and more.
Moreover, the soul dancer has insane disables at his disposal. Keep in mind that even though he is a bit more durable, it still makes more sense to play him at longer ranges as he does not have the highest DPS numbers and can easily be outgunned by a lot of other DPS reliant classes.
The shooter has the highest ranged DPS figures in the game. With proper itemization and critical chances increased to the maximum, he can decimate most enemies due to his range. He offers no help for his teammates and has extremely low control.
He has low HP points, and they are relatively lightweight in terms of playing. Shooters are extremely good at the Early Game in Dragon Raja due to their DPS figures.
Changing your class is relatively easy in Dragon Raja. Firstly, you need to head to Cassell College, which is on the World Map. You then need to talk to a character present there called Sinerg. Over there, you need to click on the Transfer of Progression option.
Do note that changing your class in Dragon Raja costs a lot of gold (about 300,000.) If this is not your first time changing your class, you will need more than 300,000 coins. As soon as you change your class, you get placed in a cooldown where you cannot change your class for another 24 real-life hours.
Your progress and items are saved no matter what class you change to. You can also change your appearance in Cassel College by going to Tony. However, it costs 20 crystals.
Dragon Raja is an entertaining MMORPG game that has included a ton of character customization and variety. The game currently has the most intricate class system present in any MMORPG with many different options and varieties.
Surprisingly, each class in Dragon Raja is unique, and all of them feel and play differently amid battle.
Of course, some classes are better suited for a specific skill level but generally speaking, most of these classes are viable for newer and older players. This guide should help you get a better idea of what class you wish to play.
