Guardians of Cloudia is an RPG game developed by NEOCRAFT Limited. Overview:

 

The game follows a third-person perspective with an emphasis on open-world mechanics. With 4 different skills that are available for each character alongside their basic attack, the game pays an ode to many other open-world games and tries to innovate by introducing unique mechanics.

Characters and Classes:

 

 

The game follows the same structure as any other MMORPG. There are currently 5 classes in the game. Each class will be divided into 2 advanced classes with the ability to DIY your own build with a free skill/talent combination. • Rogue: The invisible mastermind, known for his insane attack damage and general sneaky nature. He is meant for raw single target DPS and can deal an absolute metric ton of it. They are extremely squishy and are generally meant for experienced players as they can be hard to play for beginners.

 

• Oracle: The healer class of the game, usually does not deal a lot of attack damage. But, they have great amounts of AoE heals and are the lifeline of a party. They are needed to keep tanky characters up and running and are generally extremely squishy themselves. A good healer can make or break a composition or draft!

 

• Swordsman: The brawns of the operation. Known for their insane attack damage but relative tanky nature as well, they are a jack of all trades. They usually will be serving as the Tanks in the game and have spells that deal Physical AoE damage. However, their single target DPS is relatively underwhelming. Due to their tanky nature, they are relatively easy to play and are recommended for beginners. However, to play them efficiently, you will need to be quite skillful.

 

• Archer: The archer is a ranged damage dealer who can deal tons of damage with an effective range. They are extremely squishy and must be protected by a Swordsman or an Oracle. However, they have the greatest amount of AoE Physical Damage abilities and spells and will make up the grunt of your firepower especially if you do not have a Rogue.

 

• Mage: The squishiest of the bunch but one that deals the most amount of damage. Known for their various spells and abilities, they have tons of AoE damage and can also heal in certain situations. However, you need to be extremely skillful at positioning to play them well.

 

Pet Details:

 

You will also be tasked with collecting different types of pets with each having a unique appearance and skillsets. Having any of these pets provides you with immense strategic options that can bring out different outcomes every time. Pets are divided into three different elements with each having its own unique skills.

 

Wind:

 

 

 

Cyclone: Turns into a whirlwind that sweeps the target area for 5s, dealing 120% PDMG to targets within range every 0.5s. Each attack has a 60% chance to root the targets for 1s.

 

Stormbird: Flies high and harnesses the power of gale to smash the target area, deals 400% PDMG to targets within range, and knocks them into the air, slowing them by 50% for 1s.

 

White Sprite: Conjures frost and leaps to the target area, deals 360% PDMG to targets within range, and freezes them for 1.5s.

 

Phantom: Leaps to the target area and channels the power of void, dealing 480% PDMG and dragging the targets to Phantom.

 

Gloomy Napnap: Burrows into the ground, knocks up the targets when resurfaces, deals 360% PDMG, and slows them by 50% for 1s.

 

Master Panda: Wields a cudgel and leaps to the target area, dealing 400% PDMG with an 80% chance to stun the targets for 2s.

 

Fire:

 

 

 

Pyrodragon: Conjures fire on both hands and then smashes the target area, dealing 320% MDMG. For every 5% HP the targets lose, this skill deals 9% extra damage.

 

Celestial Guard: Casts out the empyrean power, enters a 10-sec thunder status, and cannot move, summoning lightning to deal 200% MDMG per sec with a 30% chance to stun up to 3 targets.

 

Scarlet Nasa: Calls forth a blazing meteor at the target area, dealing 400% MDMG and creating a fire zone that lasts 3.5s. The fire zone deals 80% MDMG every 0.5s to targets within range.

 

Arcana Trickster: Creates a mysterious orb that explodes into flames, dealing 540% MDMG, and removes the buffs on targets hit.

 

Anubis: Releases the power of death toward the target area, dealing 360% MDMG, and inflicts a Shade that lasts 8s.Shade: Reduces Movement Speed and Healing Received by 50%.

 

Ore Sprite: Summons lava at the target area, dealing 512% MDMG to targets within range.

 

Earth:

 

 

Diamond Dragon: Transforms into an impenetrable shield and makes the master invincible, lasting 1s: Immunizes against all damages and debuffs.

 

Monolith: Grants the master the power of rocks for 6s and turns into a shield that covers damage equal to Pet Max HP*24%+1500. The shield reflects 20% of incoming damage while being attacked.

 

Snow Bunny: Turns into a blizzard attached to the master, forming a shield that covers damage equal to Character Max HP*10% + Pet Max HP*19%. The shield lasts 10s, slowing nearby targets by 50% per sec.

 

SPIRIT OF NATURE: Recovers HP equal to 480%*Pet MATK and removes all debuffs for the master, increasing Control Resist to the maximum for 5s.

 

FANG: Uses the power of the earth to summon spikes at the target area, dealing 400% PDMG to targets within range.

 

ARMORED BEAR: Transforms into a crystalized shield attached to the master for 10s, covering damage equal to Character Max HP*8% + Pet Max HP*12%. The shield reflects 50% of incoming damage while being attacked.

 

Game Modes:

 

The vast PvE open-world arena is going to be the main, primary mode where you can farm and get items and skills. However, the game will consist of a variety of other PvP modes which will be equally fun. Here’s a quick overview of some of them:

 

• Battle Royale: Quite self-explanatory, the Battle Royale will pit players in an epic free-for where you will be collecting loot throughout the map in an ever-shrinking circle. You will then be forced to fight or run away as you are met with ever-increasing odds. Only one survivor will remain and they will be declared the victor in this adrenaline-pumping game mode.

 

• 1v1 and 5v5 Battlefield: Put your skills to the test by partying up or equipping your best gear and stepping into 1v1 arenas with your friends where the victor shows the most resilience and uses all the skills available to their disposal at the absolute right time!

 

• Guild War: With the ability to join and partake in guilds, you will also be fighting in ‘raids’ more often than not. These will be absolutely massive battles where timing will be of the essence. Coupled with tons of players fighting from your guild and enemy guilds as well, you’ll always have something to be afraid of.
